Does anyone know the exact wording or description that they, their dealer or the Subaru Warrenty people have used that gets a scratched, slow, bad fitting drivers side window replaced under warrenty before I go and put my foot in it with the dealer....?

I have 20 days left of the original manufacturers wtee before the extended one comes into effect and I have seen posts from others who have claimed for this successfully from the original wtee...

I mentioned it to the dealer when I purchased the car and they seemed to suggest its just one of those things and gave me a price for a new window !!

Any E-Mail or post would be welcomed...
