MY99 and 45k service in West London

Does the MY99 UK Turbo need a cambelt change at 45k? or is it 60k? what actually needs to be serviced?

Also, any dealers in West London who can carry out the service?

45K but it's 45K or 3 years so it should've been done a few years ago by rights..
