Subaru Customer service Contacts?
Hope someone can help with this.
On Tuesday a had the unfortunate pleasure of a malfunctioning alarm/immobilisor, leaving me stranded so...
First I call Subaru assistance only to be told that the supplying dealer (who shall remain unamed) had cancelled the policy in April.
I then called the dealer who informed me I was now covered by their policy!
The car was purchased in March under the Approved used Subaru scheme!
At this point it didn't matter I just wanted a breakdown truck, so phoned their assist people only to be told this policy was cancelled in April aswell.
A return call to the dealer telling them how unhappy I was resulted in being told they were sorting it ans a breakdown company would contact me. Fat chance of that - 4hours later nothing.
Called Green Flag who came within 1/2hr and car was fixed. Finally got to work and called dealer again (where are the courtesy calls), this time with the reply "what has nobody called you" I bloody broke down 5hrs ago!
So what I need are some numbers/adresses for Subaru Customer Service etc who might be able to tell me if I still have cover etc, and what they think about the dealer.
I purchased a Subaru with a Subaru Warranty/Assist and that was my policy not theirs to cancel!
Sorry about the long post but you can imagine how angry I was.
p.s the dealer still havn't got back to me to see if my cars o.k

thank you i'll give them a call before I write a letter.

What would happen if I phoned them up and tried to cancel the Managing Directors policy from where I purchased the car!
