Default Bad Service

Just had a 12 month / 10k service at a main dealer (WRX PPP 04)
Oil was spilled on the engine, and not cleaned off hence the car now smells like an old bus.
Engine coolant not topped up, just above min. It looks like they have rushed it as it only took them an hour.
Does anybody know if this model has a battery cover ? don't know if they forgot to put it back on or shouldn't it have one ?

Is it worth complaining to IM ?

Spent £22,000 at this dealership in 12 months and have a new car every 2 years but i won't be going back there again for anything.

When will they learn ?

I wouldn't shame them here, but give them a chance to put it right. Tell them

Was the car cold when you checked the coolant? If so it should be on Min. When it's hot it will rise to MAX.
I don't think any Subaru has a battery cover as std.

I did ring to tell them about the oil and they they said to bring it in and they will clean it but as i live 15 miles away it wasn't an option as it took me 10 minutes to do it myself, whilst cleaning the oil off thats when i noticed the coolant, when i rang them again about this they said just pop in next time your passing and they will top it up. Just glad i didn't have the Bodywork Service done.

No battery cover on my WRX03. It just has a metal bar running across it with the long threaded hook either side to hold it in place.

Thanks for the replies, never noticed how cr*p it looks without a battery cover. I have now changed Dealers and booked in Wednesday for the Bodywork Service so hopefully better Customer Service.
1st year Bodywork Service £80 + vat
