i recently bought a pair of replacement tyres through blackcircles which also included fitting at an local agent of theirs. confirmation of this was recieved 4 days in advance. i duly turned up at 8-30 this morning only to be told "sorry we cannot fit tyres to subarus, our machine will damage your wheels"
i phoned blackcircles and requested a full refund, which they say is not a problem.
what really gets me mad is that the local agent accepted the booking from blackcircles, in which the type of car is specified, knowing full well they could not carry out the work required. this has been a total waste of time & money, as i normally work an overtime shift on satuday morning, so as you can guess i,m not best pleased with them at the moment.

I was going to buy some trackday, road legal (Toyos) slicks for my Pug 205. The tyres were ordered. When I dropped the rims off at the fitting centre, they told me that they would not fit. I phoned Black Circles. The guy was 100% helpful. He went through the choices I could have. He then arranged a new shipping out of different tyres and the return of the slicks.

Very efficent, no probs
