tried them out yesterday for the first time and have to say how impressed i was. Every one was nice and polite and seemed they couldn't do enough for me. nice waiting area free coffee and a t.v as well, your lucky if you get a coffee at other dealerships! the mechanics are good bunch as well, in to their scoobys and made me feel that a true enthusiast was working on my car and not there for just a job like some other idiots that have worked on it. i've been to most of the dealerships in the south but these people win hands down they even sorted a few niggles i had that places like fenny compton and bulldog i think in twyford couldn't (mainly down to time i think and lack of interest!) once again a big thumbs up from me!!!!!!!
