My new JDM STI has to receive interim oil changes at 'any' garage, in between major services at Powerstation. Given all the fuss that seems to be required about pre-filling the filter, removing sparkplugs and turning over the engine without the crank sensor, I'm not sure I trust many (any) ordinary backstreet garages to do this.

Can anyone please recommend a garage near me (Hants/Surrey border) that can be trusted to go through the procedure properly and which won't cut corners or try to use an engine flush?

There's Park Lane in Alton, where I've had my car serviced before without any problems. Think one of the service guys owns a Scoob, too, as it always seems to be parked there when I visit.
