Showells Sold Out?

I heard it on the local grape vine, that they have sold out to one of the big dealer chains.

Is it true?

I heard yesterday from (CD Bramall in Cheltenham) that Showells (Lye) have sold to Subaru UK so they can retire to France. Apparently my brother confirmed this too.
