Angry POOR Service from Subaru-Central

I ordered a rear seat for my Scooby over a week ago, charged me £22 for next day delivery still not recieved it...

Recieved a cal 2days after the order, that they had not taken the correct credit card number, 5 days later, they forgot to post, and then appatantly sent out on the 6th day....but have not still recieved!

Very disapointed at the service provided, for the amount they charged me for the seat and the delivery!

see if you can get them to refund some of the money back for poor service, you may have to kick up a fuss! My experiences with subaru haven't been very positive...
