Just received my gaitor surround and have to say the quick service I received from Japanparts (after the initial problems with getting hold of them via e mail) is absolutely superb. The item only took 3 days to get to me from Japan - faster than if I ordered it from a UK company!

i also had the same thing, after 2 weeks of emailng only took 5 days to get to me, but customs opened my part and charged me silly money!!! so i wasnt so happy! however good enough service
