used them for my least two services, even returned the half litre of castrol rs10-60 that they didn't use, been very helpful so far.
Only complaint i had is they left a load of white smears over the bodywork after not washing the polish stuff off properly.
Other than that they were what i would expect of a good subaru dealer.

Carstins sourced parts for my STI5 Type R. OK, so they were the same as on a UK MY00, but that wasn't the point. At the time, IM was adamantly refusing to deal with imported Scoobs. Carstins saw it differently and helped me out.
