Are you talking about proper, FIA approved, fire resistant boots, or the non-FIA "leisure" type shoes sold by both companies now (and under the joint Sparco/Puma label a year or two back)?
Tweeks/GPR sell the FIA stuff, and most of the non-approved ones, but they're pricier than you'd like.
However, if you shop around a bit you should be able to find the non-approved ones in larger sportswear shops. Daresay you should be able to get them pretty cheap on Boxing Day...

I bought a pair of the high backed FIA approved ones last week from a Puma shop at our local Atlantic Village complex. Normal price £75 reduced to £53. They still had a few pairs left. Also had the lower heel non-FIA ones but didn't notice the price of these but should be 30% below RRP.
