Hi all
my new car extended warranty will run out when the car is 5 years old.
I have phoned Subaru warranty and they told me that I can extend the warranty for about £400 a year, but this will not be the same cover as new car extended warranty. They also told me that only the engine will be covered.
Has anyone used this form of cover and have any comments please?
Thanks
Sonu

I dont know to anyone who has taken such an extended cover, normally most people have changed cars and bought newer ones by now. I appreciate you may like yours however, but it depends on realistically "how reliable" you consider your own car to be.
Or, do you save the 400 pounds it was going to cost you to put a limited warranty in it and simply transfer this money into a high interest account somewhere instead. thatway, "if" anything goes wrong, then you already have 400.00 sitting gathering interest,or if it keeps motoring, you have 400.00 "plus" interest [and gaining].
