Went to Scooby Mania on Saturday and picked up the back box I won at Scooby Shootout. So impressed with it that I ended up buying the rest of the exhaust system which is 3" all the way through but with a twin down pipe. Not quite sure about this aspect but I intend to carry out some experiments. The exhaust is very well made and the impressive thing is how straight it is. You can actually look through the centre pipe and back box.
Lost count of how many coffees we had and the banter was good but the highlight had to be driving Mikes car which was very impressive with surprising tractability and extremely well sorted out handling as proven in the wet conditions.
Phase II of the mods may involve an Ion Turbo so there`s a lot to come there.
Thanks Mike and Shaun. It was also good to hear the last ten minutes of the cliff hanging Rugy commentary when I arrived.

Got the Scoobysport drop links shortly after the event and they are very impressive, attractive and light. Thank you.

Thanks also to Dave Peck for his endeavours.

Could not win the Lateral Performance prize as I and many others did not know there was a prize for reaction time until after the event and anyway my reactions are a bit slower than .006 of a second!!!! Sincere good wishes to the winner.

The next engine is another 2 litre SG72 but I could be tempted to build a proper monster at a later stage. 600bhp is on the cards from the next 2 litre. Honest.

Cool

Speaking as a tart I have to point out how well manufactured they appear to be, and how good looking the Scoobymania systems are also, they certainly make the H&S stuff look 'home made' IMO. Glad they are also functional LOL. Shame I sold mine due to being too lazy to refit after an impressive engine lunching episode LOL
Nice result on the rollers Harvey.
