I gave them a call late this afternoon for a small techie question that had been bugging me. I spoke to a very clued up chap with an Indian "sounding" voice, very helpfull and new his stuff.
They have my vote for top service IMO.
He was willing to chatt for ages unlike some firms that get short with ya when they realise you dont want to buy anything!
