In July 2003 we entered an agreement to withdraw our JW QuickShift shifters from the market, due to claims that we were actually using another unpatented design.
I hereby apologise to Harvey Smith for any confusion on the matter, and hope that there are no hard feelings between us. Things got a little out of hand and I truly hope we can put this all behind us.
