popped into my local Scooby dealership for some bits and bobs and the guy on parts was nice as pie, chatted, got my bits everyones happy
went round the corner to servicing
wanted a session on the select monitor to test lambda/02/MAF readings to check it all over.
"Not beofre the end of the month", says the chap
If I had an o2 error would my car make it to the end of the month...?!
I think Proven in Haslemere have just gained a new customer on their books because I phoned them and they said pop in and we`ll do it straight away, for free.
much better attitude methinks.

Good to see Sparsh*tts are keeping up their reputation.
Wouldnt touch em with yours!
Proven much better service all round IMO even if they are further away.
That reminds me must book the 45K.

Parts are excellent (
) the office servicing team [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] Mechanics very helpful and because of the one bad lot you have to deal with you don't want to go there anymore Oh - and the guy who was trying to sell the P1 sooooo bad he went off to talk to his friends in a nova (yes, it was a nova) after insulting the Jap imports...probably would have brought it as well! Oh well, his loss.
