some of you may remember a post of mine a while back where i had noticed a knock coming from the back left quarter of my car.

someone mentioned it being the diff and costing 1500 quid , well i nearly fell off my chair :P

took the car down to xtreme scoobies, where they had a quick look over it. They informed me that it probably was the diff, not in a bad way mind you, the knock was annoying. So my car was booked in to have the diff refurbed.

Got a phone call today, it was a locking nut (or something similar) that had not been put on properly. So all in all gonna cost about fifty quid as aposed to the cost of refurbing the diff.
