Only dealt with them once, that was to obtain some parts.
Very helpful.(and they had them in stock)
Have not had my car serviced through these guys, but they do seem to be well above average, if you go by some scooby dealers.

Has anyone got SIDC discount out of Ashburton? They are listed as offering one in True Grip but the chap I spoke to didn't seem to know anything about it. (I didn't push as I hadn't actually bought my Scooby then!!)
