Godspeed 335s. They certainly stop!
#1
Had a set of 335mm discs/Ferodo pads and braded lines fitted last week but was unable to use them properly until my dampers were replaced yesterday.
Fitting and general service was superb (even got a chair outside to sit on whilst I watched my mechanics fettle my car - started to feel like Colin McRae for a while until I woke up ) despite me letting Ian down last month.
I was expecting the brakes to feel like an RTA every time I applied them but they are more progressive and certainly pull the speed down with no fade. With very hard braking they sometimes make a slight humming noise just to let you know they're working and generally I'm very pleased with them.
Ian, that ticking noise has not gone away on the nearside though, tried caning them to get rid of it in case it's a deposit building up but so far it hasn't worked - any ideas?
Let me know when you will have the rears in stock and I'll be back for another visit.
To the rest of you, I can recommend this set up and Godspeed in general.
