i ordered an a-piller trim nearly 4 weeks ago havent got it yet phoned them up on wed last week they said i would get it friday and iam still waitin hopefully just a mix up

u need 2 torment them till it shows it's head 
Dunno it maybe a genuine ***** up but still best 2 keep askin while keepin it civil & hopefully all will turn out 4 da best init. (well apart from yer tarting but that has got uncontrolable

My only attempt of getting something from them was a complete disaster!! I had to get some P1 intercooler pipes from them, phoned them,ordered them,sat at home twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to arrive! Phoned up to double check they had been sent, and told they had been. Phoned again a few days later,promised a call back,never got one. Phoned again,promised another call, Never arrived!!! There seems to be a regular pattern forming here lol. This went on for 9 WEEKS!!!!!! I gave up at that point,and made 1 call to Grade A Subaru Breakers,and 2 days later the pipes arrived!! Nicer to deal with,and more importantly,supplied exactly what i needed Give them a call (01663 744114) Oh,and they deal with credit cards,whereas at the time,Central didnt. This was back in late november,so things may of changed,and it may of just been a one off,but first impressions last.

I have bought stuff from them before and wish I hadn't I will ** NEVER ** use them again... Overpriced and **** quality.. Im not even going to discuss the condition of a door I was told was mint... Pah.. Threw some bits in the bin they were that bad.. wanted 2 door handles.. (black ones..) got a white one which looked like the car had been on its side.. Anyway...

just rang the bank and the cheque has gone through,
just rang them again they told me they r behind with orders it will be in the post tomorrow morning, and i should have it on thursday!!!!3rd time lucky.
will let u now on thursday wot happens, if it doesnt come on thursday i want my money back i think that is fair, it will b 4 weeks then.
