Big thanks to the guys, especially Ian, at H&S for professionally installing my full replacement exhaust on my 5dr. However, the cabin noise at cruising was too much even after sound deadening. But after explaining this to Ian, the guys at H&S installed a silencer a week later *and* without charge.

They did everything on time and were very easy to work with. They took the time to treat me as an individual customer and ask how I was enjoying the exhaust after it was fitted. Nowadays its very easy for garages to "take the money and run" without recourse to after sales service.

Agree totally - supplied/fitted my exhaust and odd bits for the intake pipe (one off bits to fit)- totally helpful, bits made while you wait, and good value for money.
They get 99% (lost 1% for being a 3 hour round trip away from my house - which also takes me past my in-laws )
