If you paid by credit card, then contact the CC company, and tell them. They wll contact the supplier, and if they can't prove they have delivered the goods, you will get the money refunded to your card.

Thumbs down

It looks like they are dodgy m8 - look at this threadwhere the owner of Scooby-parts posts on a topic started by a customer who congratulates him on good service. Then in this other thread the owner and customer id are revealed to be the same person due to a **** up with cookies I expect. (The perils of multiple usernames )

IMHO the Webmaster should cancel these usernames.

Scooby-Parts are in no way crooked m8!!!!!!! I think this is a very harsh word to use. If you ask around some of the bigger companies or read a few of the other threads on this website I am sure you will find that without mentioning any names there are other companies in the same boat. 99% of the time when an order is placed if it is not a stocked item then it has to be brought in from a supplier, on some occasions the supplier gives a delivery date to the shop which can be delayed, this then leads to the customer getting agitated and demanding their product. When this happens then the shop's hands are tied and they cannot do anything until the product arrives.

On some occasions the customer would be told something like this:-
(this is not related to stavros)
Shop:- Delivery will be roughly 5 days.
Customer:- OK Fine

**5 days later**
Customer Calls again:- where is my *@!£ing product it has not arrived yet.

Scooby-Parts are a new company and are still having some teething problems which all new companies get. We have had many satisfied customers since our birth and we continue to have satisified customers. On occasion there is one or two customers who we let down or cannot service quickly enough for reasons beyond our control. We try to facilitate these customers so that we can keep up a good name but unfortunatley it doesn't always work this way. If you notice on our website the hit counter, since October we have had over 6000 visitors to the site without advertising and out of those 6000 we have had many satisfied customers.

I would like to finally point out that Scooby-Parts will remedy all frictions with the customers who have posted to this site.

Thank you

P.S. As for the toyotuning site, this was a guy who was with us and we allowed him to design and run his own website from within our premises, the guy is no longer with us and we have tried to remove the site but with no luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phil, I am not saying that the customers moaned but on occasions you do get the odd one. I know that the customer has the right to give off but I think it is a bit harsh when quite a small number are disatisified to come on scoobynet and step on our company, this post and others have seen over 700 views since yesterday, 700 views which could have been potential customers. What about customers to other companies who do not have internet access to complain !

cunns
on a previous post you put on scoobynet you said satisfied and unsatisfied customers are allowed to say what they think about a company in the dealer's threat.
i will find your post and put it here
anyways after 4 months you will give my money back and forget the whole situation

and i quote ''What!!!! Why is it that I have noticed on this forum that if someone like scoobyworld, tsl or any other company gets a reply from a customer congratulating them on a job well done the response is positive. Then our company gets one reply from a customer and its like buy a banner, patting your own back and the rest of the s***. Why can we not get praised by our customers on this site...... any answers.

We are planning to take out a banner advert in due course but at the moment we are concentrating on magazine advertising. (no offence to scoobynet).

I do believe that the post is in the dealer and third party enquires section. THIS MEANS THAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE A GOOD OR BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT A COMPANY CAN AND WILL USE THIS SECTION TO BOAST.''

Cunns - can you explain why Stavros was given a fake tracking number and why you charge peoples cards before you even have the parts in stock, most companies I use will NOT charge your card until goods are dispatched. You say you are legit but no one seems to have had their problems addressed yet.

I would be concerned if I was Scoobyparts.com shame you use a very similar name

Can you confirm why you have not responded to Stavros correspondance

Are you going to refund Stavros?

Why did you try and pull a fast one pretending to be a satisfied customer praising your own company?

Some questions

ANY ANSWERS

Well at least Cunns has responded; and hopefully all get satisfaction with refund or the parts asap.
Looks like the lesson is be honest to the customer, new custom is often from word of mouth or in this case via the net.
And GOOD communication often helps.
Both of which would have helped Cunns out here, and maybe these
posts would never appeared.
Hopefully scooby-parts can benefit from this, shame,
their products look good.
Cheers

Well I see that these guys are in N. Ireland, but still, the words "visit" and "baseball bat" spring to mind. Can't think why......:
