Oil, lubricant and plug supplier(s)?

Ive had an MY96 for a few months now and as a precaution I want to change the spark plugs, oil & filter, coolant, brake fluid, diff fluid and gearbox oil. Question firstly is what should I replace them with (thinking of NGK PFR6B plugs, DOT 5.1 Brake fluid and Castrol RS 10W 60 oil) but what spec are the remainder?
Of course the next question is anyone know of a good place to source all of the above?
