I paid £263 for my 30K, which judging by the threads on here was a good deal. Other local dealer wanted £150 more for the same service

Thumbs down

I've just been quoted £150 from my local Subaru dealer. I then asked him what was included in the service & what fluids they use.......he didn't know
I suggested the service required transmission oil change....he said it didn't.
And this is a main Subaru Dealer, in Northern Ireland.

£450 I paid on here and most people Ive talked too are between £350-£450. If a dealer quoted you £150 I would confirm:

a) That its a C class service (and not an A or B which are around the £150 mark).
b) They know you have an impreza and its a turbo!

Sounds like theyve misquoted if u ask me!

Simon.

P.S. If not then let me know as I could drive there, book a hotel for two nights, go out for a decent meal etc and get change.

Yep Dad worked for a Subaru dealership and they charge £420 i think for the 30k service.

He now does it for £220 at another garage as its not alot of stuff you have to do!
