After getting my boot repaired under warranty (rust spot) the S U B A R U lettering and RB5 logo were replaced.

After washing my car about a week later, the S U B A R U lettering simply washed off

Also, the dealer had problems putting the RB5 logo on - wouldn't come off the backing paper properly.

Trouble is the dealer has now closed down. Will IM still honour my warranty claim through another dealer?

They should your warranty is with IM not the dealership that bodged it ! So any dealership should do this for you !
