Anyone supply springs for Foresters?

Apart from Subaru, does anyone supply springs, preferably lowered by 25/40mm for a 1997 Forester STB in the UK?
Have got hold of KYB struts and want to match rates, so nothing over the top please.
Source of Forester STI springs would be useful if they are shorter but not harder than std ones.
