I've got an MY97 with no warranty at present. Car has a full (and I mean full) service history all from Scoob dealers. Will I be able to get a Subaru warranty or will I have to get one from another company. All help gratefully received.

You can buy a 'Sale at service' insurance warranty approved by Subaru UK. Ask your dealer.
