I heard there was a new dealer to be brought to the north west region. went on to the subaru website and found it was in widnes (jnt 7 M62)

booked in for a service and was amazed to be sorted the same day. the guys all seamed to be pretty clued up and they even gave my beloved scooby a full valet free of charge. Just thought i would let you all know. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone the service i received was first class. By the looks of thing s they have a brand new showroom too and even a couple of tasty chicks knocking around.

had my car in for a little problem with blowing smoke at mainland got it back friday and they too have done a good job of stripping down the engine and replacing the piston and rebuilding back up plus they also valeted it for us .

plus i trust the after sales manager because he knows subaru's having come from intermoto and having known him for 5 years

so top marks and good luck to them i say we need a good dealer in the north west

 

got car back this wednesday from Mainland after having new diff fitted under warranty.my car also got a full valet and they have now got some great courtesey cars for you to try.also they are offering 10% discount on parts & servicing if you are a member of SIDC if they look after me like this i dont mind going back to them next month for the 45,000 mile service.by the way this was the third dealer that has serviced my car and they are the only ones to clean the car after.

 

All three people who are singing the praises of this new garage have exactly the same (poor) style of writing - seems a bit like a free advert to me...

 

No.......its true Mainland Subaru(formally)Citroen have got their act together,who else would you let a total scally out in their BRAND SPANKIN NEW sti 7 ?
Also two people I hang with have had work done by them,on time,to the quoted price and as said before with a free valet!
Dont know if I should mention the mans name but here you go ,
Danny Dunbabin.....main man at at INTERMOTO SUBARU(Liverpool) he knows his stuff,and by the way I brown nose know one.
PS anyone know when their havin the open day
Also,I live near this dealer and pass it often,on the occasions Ive seen thier service staff takin customers cars out on test,they treat the cars with respect even when provoked

i was told the open night was this thurs but i dont know how accurate that is so you might need to call them. i spoke to a guy called ross who seemed pretty helpful he said he would know for sure last week.

 

It's all true - I was in the other day as a friend is looking for a new car. He was dealt with very well.

Hi all, Have to give big thumbs up to Ross and the guys at Mainland. I was so impressed with them I bought meself a brand spanking new WRX in Blue/Black metallic. I pick it up next week.

missed the open night due to work commitnents, but have got a 24 hr test drive lined up for sat 3rd august. this was with no questions asked or pressure from me.
also ordered some parts and got them within 48hrs.......just cant get them onto my car.
