I think Micheldever tyres are doing this now, not tried them yet nor do I know cost but its a responce and all that!

Ive used Micheldever twice they send em away somewhere 50 quid for a 16 I think

As said above, i used Pristine in Milton Keynes, Micheldever just send them to Pristine any way!
