No doubt because you were playing the video on an ipad or other monitor not capable of the resolution of the video.

Watching it on my 2560x1600 monitor it was staggeringly good. The reolution was sharp and detailed photo realistic at many places. The only let down was the way things moved was not smooth, it really showed up the movement algorithms. Bear in mind it is 1440p video but the actual resolution of the game is 2560x1600 so it is being downscaled for the video.

I have a pc case that size, tucked next to my desk (almost a desk support) it causes no issues at all.

Of course there are diminishing returns with this kind of build and it will be out dated as soon as a new CPU and GPU are launched, but it is state of the art right now.

Exactly, I've seen smoother iPad games. So funny that you 'Rig' users will slate Apple users for their spend, then blow a wad of cash so you can play a game with bigger numbers, a game!

I doubt it was a circle jerk, just you can't look at anything objectively as there is no Ipad game that even comes close to the graphics displayed on that Arma video.

The Ipad won't even reach that resolution for starters so if you think that is barelt better than an Ipad you need to go to specsavers.
