Default Printer issues

Help..

Dell V313, has black and colour ink, only prints some colour and no black.

Have repeated the maintenance procedures several times and have removed cleaned and replaced the head.

Any suggestions?

genuine ink or 3rd party?

mentions a few windows settings on this page, maybe an windows update has changed something

what happens when you print a test page (ie the one built into the printer?)

You defo have ink in the cartridge. Stupid i know but i have to ask...

This, a new wireless printer all in one is about 25 quid at Tesco, just replace it.

The head cost me £34 and it works now .. pretty poor show the thing failed so soon.

I wanted wifi one to use printershare from my phone, so went for this

But yu can get non wifi one for 12 quid!!!!
