Is it me, or has it gone up a lot in the last few months? How come, and will it drop again soon does anyone know?

RAM is similar to spuds and cucumbers.

The price varies depending on many external factors, and such things as wars, terrorist attacks, disastors, import/export costs etc tend to affect the cost of production greatly.

Not bad prices, but still dear.

Prices set to rise further. Due to over supply some of the plants have shut down meaning less oversupply to less silly prices.

remember when ram was so expensive (£104 for 4 MG) that you used to be able to sell old ram to memory brokers for money

Scan are selling a 256Mb pc133 dimm + 100 Samsung CDR's for £46.94 - thats cheap as chips....
