Default Freeview recorder advice/recommendations

Hi all, I'm looking for some BASIC advice on freeview recorders...no techno babble as I won't understand

We currently have a SHARP AQUOS Quattron 47" LCD tv which I run my Xbox 360 through an hdmi cable ( don't know if any of that is relavant )

We're looking to be able to pause/rewind live tv and record some of the shi*e they show on freeview on the odd occasion I miss something they don't repeat every night.

Only really looking to spend around £150 if that's possible?

Anyone who knows about techy stuff got any advice

Cheers
Mick

Got one from tesco the other week. £90 and it records two channels at once while watching something else. Allows you to pause live tv as well. Had it about six to eight weeks and it hasn't missed a beat yet. Good pic quality as well.

What was the make of it fella? Was it one of telcos own, technica or whatever it's called?

Cheers
