Windows 7 upgrade discs?

Anyone know of any W7 stock anywhere, was thinking of upgrading the old NC10 (has 256 ssd and 2Gb mem) from xp, but cannot now find any reasonably priced offers? u/g advisor doesnt recommend W8 though I did put that on 1.2Ghz panny toughbook the other week and seems to run ok.
