Default window file "merge" w7 64

Have 2 folders, most file are the same but some different in each, so want to make 1 folder with common name and where everything new is saved.
any quick easy ways that dont involve clicking accept file change when it finds the same thing.

Microsoft SyncToy is great for merging a couple of folders. I've used it to combine all my docs and pictures from 2 or 3 machines. Some had duplicate content, while others had unique. This merged them all quite happily. Had a preview mode too, so you could see what changes it was going to make.
