I do not have it, but others that use TalkTalk say they are a painful company to deal with. Surprisingly, BT seem to score quite highly (although they throttle torrents at peak) as do Sky.

Yeh I now a lot of people hate talk talk but they have offered me this for less than I was paying for my ordinary broadband. £24 a month unlimited including line rental and free calls at weekend and after 7 weekdays. Free installation and new router

TT are crap, I have a business and their business package, I had over 100 days without incoming calls and voicemail, I hate to think what that cost me but tt say tough,

Really? I've had a Talk Talk business line for a couple of years now and can't say anything negative about them.

Had TT BB now for 2 years. Been great for me, it's dropped about 3 times in all that time, just a blip, so very good. Pay for 8Mb, get between 11-16Mb.
