anyone selling a socket7 motherboard?

anyone got a reliable socket7 motherboard I can take off their hands ?
needs to be:
- compatible with 233MMX Pentium, etc...
- have some documentation for setting the jumpers
also need:
- sound card for it (PCI)
- modem (with a DSP so the P233 can handle it)
- CD-ROM
-DV

Got a PCI soundcard if you want it ? Its a brand new, Creative PCI SoundBlaster Audio PCI 128 based card (Compaq branded).

Come on people - nobody got a reliable socket7 motherboard. I'll buy it complete with a Pentium CPU so long as its a 200MHz or 233MHz!
