Just send a support ticket mate..... much quicker response imo. Either that or look in the community forums. Bound to be something in there if it's a network problem.

I eventually got through just before midnight. It seems to be a Thunderbird e-mail problem. Messages come in but are randomly sent to one of my many folders even though I don't run any filters. I ran a full scan overnight and computer seems clean so I still don't know what is going on
