cv help (rich txt format)
ok so i've scanned my CV into my documents but jobs i am trying to upload my CV to say its too large and it must be in rich text format or ms word (doc) so how do i turn it into either of these????
easy straight forward speak please as i'm really not great with computers

if you have it scanned then you will need an OCR to read the scanned image and translate it into text, they arent always 100% either
basically your CV is a picture at the moment, and the upload is expecting text
you may have got abit of software with your scanner to do this? should say OCR on it somewhere
though it will prob lose alot of the formatting etc and just chuck out plain text, which you'd need to then **** about in wordpad (save as Rich text format RTF) ,or the below and save as .DOC.
also if you havent got word, you can get libreoffice/openoffice for free and that will be able to open and save documents in .doc format
if i was you i'd prob download libre office and write it up from scratch, CV's generally shouldnt be that long so shouldnt take too long
