WTF Have I got a Virus?

Got around 5 of these messages in my hotmail account. done a scan of my PC and no virii found, using McAfee ASAP updated last night. Never knowingly sent an email to these people? Has someone put my address into a dodgy email?

Place = sales@handango.com
Sender = gregh34
Subject = So cool a flash,enjoy it
Delivery Time = April 29, 2002 (Monday) 08:32:31
Action on virus found:
"WORM_KLEZ.G" virus was found in attachment "Jokg.exe",
ScanMail has moved the attachment to C:\Program Files\Trend\Smex\Virus.
Message from recipient's administrator:
Warning to sender. ScanMail has detected a virus in an email you sent.
