Default VIRUS

I've got a virus on my home pc, that stops the anti virus software from running fully. Any pc whizzes out there with any suggestions

I've got McAfee as the one on all the time (didnt detect it and now wont scan) and superantispyware (runs for 15secs then goes off) also tried avast and adaware (similar things to superantispyware)

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Download malwarebytes. It solved my problem when I picked one up that wouldn't allow me to type the word "virus" or "Malware" without closing down my internet connection.

THAT was a laugh a minute.
