I used to be able to send email via outlook express and I could insert a background sound that would play whent he email was opened.

Work have now blocked smtp sending and I can only use exchange now. So therefore have to use Outlook Xp. Is there any way of inserting a Background sound in Outlook XP?

Or can anyone suggest anothe rway?

There are several ways to track either individual or all messages.

In outlook, click help and do a search for read receipt.

Err.. I don't want to read a message, or even find out where it came from..

Do you think you could actually read the question before replying

Ahh it was the words send an email and when the email was opened that confused me. This implies that you wish to be informed when then recipient has opened the mail.

As for RIK what can I say. At least I'm trying you assist someone as opposed to you..
