Removing an individual search?
Using XP. I find the Google Search History quite useful and want to keep it but I do want to remove one individual search from the record list that comes up on the drop down menu.
And no it isn't some schoolgirl **** site (it's actually about an animal illness that I don't want others to know about)
So how do I do this???????? Removing entire search history is easy enough but just the odd one?
Thanks, David

just bring up the list of sites in history and right click and delete. or in the address bar, which is what i think you mean, start putting in the address and i think its the same thing, right click and delete.

Thanks but that's not quite it.
It was the subject of the search that I want to delete, not a specific website.
Say I had been searching for "Bikini Girls" using Google then this search would be listed in the drop down menu and would turn up thousands of sites obviously. So it is the search subject I want to delete, not a specific site.
Look it's not the end of the world but it would be helpful if I could do it

In my hypothetical example () as I start to type in Bikini then the search list will show with say "Bike" and similar possibilities. "Bikini Girls", for example, will come up and be highlighted ready for me to click on. Moving the cursor there takes out the start of my typing but the original search title remains in the list, if you see what I mean. grrrrrrr.
