adding another phone/BB to house - effects?
At home we have one phone with broadband on it. work need to add another phoneline for a secure broadband.
If another phoneline for BB is added to the house I take it it won't affect our home BB speed/attenuation/noise etc? the phone line may be seperate but its still down the same one wire from the telegraph pole so how does that work?

Yes it should be fine. Won't affect your home broadband.
They can use 1 cable from the pole to your house, but different pairs in the cable. So your home phone line will use wires 1 & 2, and your business line will use wires 3 & 4. Or they will run another cable from the pole.
