Like the idea off this sort off thing for covering the front door area off the house ( exterior ) belive this one is possibly only for interior use ?? anyone used this sort off thing before if so what results am I likely to get ?? tehe freq it uses is this the same as wifi routers etc - possible interference ??

Axis camera's have always bin top notch for me, tho £££
Currently using some YCams' which are pretty cheap compared and do night vision etc, smart phone app's etc
for that price id be worried about the quality mind

 

To be honest some off the ebay Foscam ones get excellent user write ups, unfortunatly the exterior ones are the exact opposite and very poor in terms off picture quality etc.

just looking for 1 indoor and 1 outdoor ip camera for general security use - remote monitoring etc, dont want to spend big money.

appreciatte your advice, anyone else bought an ip camera able to advise ??

 

I've got one very similar to that eBay one (mines a Storage Solutions model). They're not for external use as they're not weather proof. Performance is good, mine connects to the router via wifi. I haven't yet been able to work out how to connect to it via the internet as the instructions are so poor

Okay cheers, yours possibly the similar looking Foscam one ?? as I said above the Foscam one get some great write ups for cameras in the price range but unfortunatly there exterior ones are shocking !!!

looking for something similar in price to suit general monitoring via wifi / internet for use outdoors.
