Question Windows remote assistance crashing Virgin Superhub?

Anyone know why this is happening? I am trying to answer a remote assistance call using Windows Messenger and as soon as I accept the invitation the router resets itself.

I had exactly the same issues with a previous Netgear router but when I replaced that one with a Belkin everything worked fine.
