Can someone tell what this means in 'english' please....

Basically what does natively mean ?
I'm just trying to play a .MTS file on Windows 7, but (dont laugh) not sure what app I have to use.
Tried media player, played sound but no video.

Hi there you are need codec for playing this or download CCCP
