Default One PC on 2 seperate VLANs

Hello all !

I need to have a small cheap PC that runs an application that needs to sit on 2 completely different VLANs. Can I do this with one cable, and use VLAN tagging on the switch port and the PC NIC if it only has one NIC ?

Dave
