Notice there is no mention whatsoever about download speeds..
Probably not that much of an issue on a 4" mobile screen, pretty crap if you need to use your phone with a laptop every now and again.
I used to get 1 - 1.5 meg before this plan came out.

I used to see 1Mb on my three dongle, not tested the phone to see what that will do yet
And most three plans are now capped and specifically preclude use as a modem in their T&Cs
